Q. Where do you find these people?
A. It varies. As of this writing, I’d say more come from Yahoo!’s Christian chat rooms than any other single source, but I always keep an eye out for pockets of the Internet that might contain chatty fundamentalists.

Q. The people on your blog seem unusually ignorant. Why don’t you post conversations with better-informed theists?
A. For two main reasons.  Firstly, I don’t initiate the conversations I post to this blog, so we’re limited to the portion of the population that makes religious declarations to strangers on the Internet.  Secondly, only the conversations I find entertaining make the blog.  Many reasonable theists contact me and, upon finding that I’m not of their religious persuasion, politely excuse themselves rather than raving at me, which, though somewhat encouraging, doesn’t make for particularly lolzy reading.  On the other hand, more overtly ignorant or strange theists are more likely to be selected for posting.  Dances With Theists is not intended to present a complete cross-section of theistic thought.
